Google, More Than A Search Engine

I’ve noticed that a lot of people in my network doesn’t know that Google is much more than a search engine. They use the search function and are not aware of the fact that Google offers quite a lot of different (brilliant) features!

E.g.:

blog - In these days, if you’re a marketing-guy, designer, advertiser, developer? You just need to have a blog. Every minute you don’t have a blog, is a wasted minute, period

email - Gmail is wonderful because of it’s accessibility and its searchfunction. Besides that, there are no banners, only small text-ads. The best commercial email-account you can have in my opinion.

shareable documents - These are great for projects wether it’s business or personal. You can always (if you’re online) share, create and develop ideas, things to remember etc. (I’m sure that there are other great tools for this, and I would like to know such? drop me a mail )

gallery - An easy free gallery. I’m sure that it doesn’t get much easier than this. Simply upload your pictures, and you’ve got your own gallery online to share with friends, family etc.

calendar - If you want to plan your life, and get things done? This is the perfect place to start. I’ve used it myself, and I’ve over time managed to get things done, that was an issue earlier. You can even make the calendar send you a text-message (sms) an hour before your appointment, or share your calendar with friends. Cool!

Of course, you’re able to find these features all over the net, but the best thing about the Google-features are that they have been taken together in one place. You need one single login to all these great tools.
